Bedřichov is a popular winter sports destination in the Jizera Mountains in the north of the Czech Republic. Apart from skiing and snowboarding, visitors can also enjoy ice skating in the local ice rink. The ice rink is open daily and offers a range of skating activities for people of all ages, including public skating sessions and ice skating lessons.

In addition to the ice rink, Bedřichov also has a network of cross-country ski trails that are maintained throughout the winter season. These trails offer stunning views of the surrounding mountains and are suitable for both classic and skate skiing techniques.

Frozen waterfalls, that's it! Climbing on ice is allowed on the "Be Fit" route on the rock. This activity is located in the heart of the Krkonoše National Park and for this reason, the capacity is limited to 16 people per day. The main thing you need to know about the Špindlerův Mlýn sledging track is that it has a vertical drop of 400 meters and is almost 3 kilometers long. You can purchase tickets next to the post office at the bus stop. Track will be provided to you at the start and must be returned at the finish line, where a wide range of refreshments is also available. The sledging track is also equipped with evening lighting.
